Me and the family (wife, 3 kiddos) spent a week on Maui (pre-fire) and stayed at the Grand Wailea. Overall, we had a great time while on the island and staying at the hotel. The biggest surprise was the current condition of the hotel. Yes, there were active renovations on-going, but from my perspective these were long overdue.
